Michael Mink

Michael has been in the financial services industry for over ten years, providing the firm with expertise in operations, compliance and administration, as well as a broad knowledge of investment industry regulatory processes and requirements. Prior to Meritas, Michael was the Operations Manager of an independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm, Marin Capital Management, LLC, focused on servicing high-net worth clients.  In addition to operational duties and client servicing, Michael’s responsibilities included asset allocation and portfolio design, portfolio rebalancing, investment screening and due-diligence, and portfolio monitoring.  Before Marin Capital Management, Michael led a high producing portfolio management team at Smith Barney/Citigroup where he oversaw all operational responsibilities for the group, enabling significant growth of the client base through superior services.  Michael also played a primary role in building a fledgling company into a multi-million dollar firm across multiple states.  He received his bachelors degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Michael lives in Marin County with his wife, Rebecca, and their sons, Andrew and Spencer.
