Lenore Elle Hawkins, MBA

Lenore has over 19 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, risk management and asset valuation.  Lenore is a regular guest on Fox Bulls and Bears, The Cavuto Show,  Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano, Power and Money with David Asman, is a frequent speaker at investment conferences and a contributor to Investor Uprising.  She previously served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for Centara Capital Management Group, a San Diego firm that provides coordinated financial planning, investment management, tax, insurance and estate planning services to its high net worth clients.  Lenore has also worked with JP Morgan in Private Client Services and began her career with Accenture where she led consulting teams advising financial services clients, such as the Capital Group (a group of investment management companies including the American Funds, Capital Bank and Trust, and Capital International Funds).

Education

Lenore holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA. She consistently achieved Dean’s list honors during both her undergraduate and masters degree programs.

Memberships and Community

Lenore is a member of the Mont Pelerin Society, whose members include high government officials, Nobel prize recipients, journalists, economic and financial experts, and legal scholars from all over the world, that come regularly together to present the most current analysis of ideas, trends and events.  She is on the Board of Directors for The Dreyfuss Initiative; is a partner at San Diego Social Venture Partners, an organization which helps San Diego nonprofit agencies become more effective and sustainable; and a member of St. Germaine Children’s Charity, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to stopping child abuse and improving the lives of abused and neglected children in San Diego.  She also the lead partner from the San Diego Social Venture Partners for their investee Reality Changers, a nonprofit that provides disadvantaged youth from inner-cities with the resources to become first generation college students by supplying academic support and financial assistance.
